We all love attention, acknowledgment, it gives us the little sparkle of value and self worth and importantly pride in what we do. I talk to a lot of accommodation owners and the question I love to ask is
” Have you ever left a review on another property? Was it positive ? “
A positive review, feedback card or passing comment as they check out is enough to make your day.
My challenge today, is how many other business are you supporting, encouraging?
Go on – make the day of another business and leave a recommendation of how great it was to stay with them.
